We believe medical research should be private. We do not store, track, or commercialize your search data.
Zero Retention Policy
InsightIndex does not maintain user accounts or persistent search logs. When a clinical query is processed, the data is transmitted to federated APIs and then immediately discarded by our servers.
No Tracking Cookies
We do not use persistent advertising or tracking cookies. Temporary local storage is used solely to maintain your search results within the active browser tab.
API Integrity
Search keywords are sent to official medical authorities (NCBI, FDA, etc.) and AI processing partners anonymously. We do not transmit IP addresses or personal identifiers.
Clinical Safety
The clinician portal is designed to be HIPAA and GDPR compliant by default—we never request or store Patient Identifiable Information (PII).
